I am being overcharged for the month of March due to a system change on their end, underwriting being behind, my vehicle being totaled out ( not at fault), and getting a new vehicle !!! 404 FREAKING DOLLARS??? Oh and don't waste your breath asking to speak to the billing department because you will NOT be transferred!! (This is by design) The only department that can BETTER explain AND/OR CORRECT IT!!!
